The agreement between hostandwalk.com and you the client is located below, if you express controversial activity against this contract – than we ask kindly not to use the hostandwalk.com network services. Additionally we express in all form’s that hostandwalk.com reserves the right to edit/delete/modify/implement sections of this agreement and we ask deeply for you to read these terms thoroughly before making a decision to use us as your main web hosting company.  Furthermore it is all asked that you read these terms regularly as they are subject to change – as time passes.

Registration regulations
Set-up
Hostandwalk.com cannot signify an exact time and date at to which your account will be activated. Indeed our average set-up time consists usually of times between 1-15 hours. Arguably the reason for this constraint of set-up time – is due to a manual system implemented. But however if set-up time falls above the average time – than you will be contacted immediately to be informed of the reasons why set-up time has taken a long period of time.

By registering with hostandwalk.com we will collate you with a client-portal with an appropriate username and password. Full payment must be made, on the day of purchase, although we understand the time-constrains of geography. However if you fail to meet the payment regulation above, than your account will be terminated immediately.

Account limitations
For the whole hostandwalk.com community to gain a full share of great service hardware and software depicted – the account limitations are implemented to justify their payments. Please abide to these regulations located below:
>> Memory usage may not exceed 10% per Domain.
>> CPU usage may not exceed 15% per Domain.
>> Apache connections may not exceed 25.
>> MySQL user connections may not exceed 25.
>> 03 IMAP mail connections per IP.
>> 03 POP3 mail connections per IP.
>> 100 emails per hour (sent and received).

Exemplars of forbidden content & consequences
Naturally all content that is found on your account below, will result into suspension on your account depending on the circumstances. However if repetition and lawful misplacement is used on your account, than hostandwalk.com reserves the right to make copy of your harmful work along with your details that will be stored and logged and usually terminated. Additionally your doing’s could also result into 3rd party communication – see Requests for clientele details.

The forbidden content:
>> IRC or IRC egg drops or bots.
>> Mail bombers.
>> IP spoofers.
>> Port scanners.
>> Any type of music or video file (third party streaming is ok i.e. you tube and veoh etc).
>> File uploads systems (public file storage).
>> Adult Material (Pornographic and/or obscene images).
>> Illegal distributing and/or advertising of copyrighted material.
>> Proxy servers.
>> Warez/Nulled Content.
>> Vulgar language used to offend a minority, ethnic society, sexual orientation prejudiced, discrimination against a group, sex, ethnic and orientation etc.

Script Installation
It is kindly asked before installation of a script: you get in contact with a member of our team. Therefore we can authorise the version number of the script and inform you of the choice for installation. The scripts even on fantastico must be updated to the newest version – and insecure bugged scripts will be terminated immediately without consent of the owner.

Restrains for email

If you are found doing these activities, your account will be suspended. We feel for the nature of others privacy – that you do not vindicate these activities as most consume viruses or many other maleficent doings.

 Back up information
Your data must be kept in a secure, useful manner – and an external back-up copy either on computer hard drive, floppy disk, CD/DVD disk or portable hard drive must be made. Hostandwalk.com will not take any responsibility for loss of data/information. However hostandwalk.com does take use of back-ups that consist every day, to every Monday every week depending on the server in which you are situated.

Server changes
Account server change, or whole company server change may be in process at sometime in the future thus the effects may cause down-time, although we will inform the client through email within 5 days prior to the planned date of server changes.
We will perform a back-up of the data – but you need to be assured that the information may not be unto date. That is why we require you – to back-up you site before the commencement of the server change.

Payment details
Payment scheduling
Fee’s payables to hostandwalk.com network are to be made on the first day of each billing cycle, notable cycles include; Monthly and yearly. But we will indicate the payment scheduling choice on your billing account control panel.

Payment currency
As of yet, hostandwalk.com only accept 2 types of payment currency: These must be made of $$USD: (United State dollar) and ££BPS: (British Pound Sterling). The client is responsible to provide the correct amount of payment, if not a request will be sent out depending on the circumstance.

Payment types
We currently only accept Paypal as this moment in time, soon we will developing credit/debit card payment along with postal order’s for customers located in the united kingdom. Contact us for other means of payment.

Money back guarantee status
Currently we are proud to offer a 10 day money back guarantee, to every single client that makes a purchase with us. *Excludes Direct I domain registration* When the service is implementation. You will not be gained this status, if you 1. Break one of contractual terms and conditions agreement policies. 2.) Offend a member of staff, using vulgar language. Although paypal is our main policy of payment: we must indicate that vast amounts of commission are taken from the 3rd party company. Therefore we will only issue, the amount to you after the commission has been implemented by paypal.

Requests for clientele details
Request’s for client details, may without notice to the client, be reported to appropriate authorities, under the circumstance matter.  If you violate the applicable, hostandwalk.com agreement or lawful doings against society than the data will be transferred to them. Agencies that request personal data such as email addresses, credit card details and paypal emails will not be issued with such information. Exempt from a lawful agency that requests such applicable information.
